Saddleworth Meditation & Sound Bath Journey

Just bring yourself, a blanket and pillow and come and relax & unwind after a long week. We begin with a guided meditation before we move onto the sound bath journey using 432hz crystal bowls, rain stick, ocean drum, shamanic drum, shamanic rattle and koshi chimes, accompanied by music.
