Just bring yourself and a pillow and come to relax & unwind after your weekend before a new week begins. We start with a meditation, followed by a guided hypnosis on the month’s theme, then move into a 432hz crystal bowl sound bath using rain stick, ocean drum, shamanic drum and more, with music.

Guided Meditation plus Positive Affirmations around the month’s theme ~ Followed by a relaxing Sound Bath using 432hz crystal bowls, ocean drum, rain stick, koshi chimes, shamanic rattle and shamanic drum accompanied by background music. Reiki is also sent out & channelled during the event 🙏🏼✨
Important Info:-
Please arrive on time to start 7pm. Yoga mats, blankets and eyemasks are provided, however, you may want to bring a pillow to be extra comfy.

We are on the main road, the entrance is in between Mecca Bingo and the green Complementary Alternative Medicine sign. Entrance to the first floor studio is around the back of the building via the side alley, just follow it round to the right.
