What is it?
Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy combines positive talking therapy with deep relaxation (hypnosis) to help you move forward and reach your goals. We focus on the present and the future - there’s no need to revisit painful past memories. It’s all about building on your strengths and creating the life you want.
Can I be hypnotised?
Yes! If you're open-minded and willing to give it a go, you absolutely can be hypnotised. It feels like a calm, daydream-like state - similar to getting lost in a book or a relaxing moment. I’ll guide you through it to help you reduce stress, overcome fears, or make positive changes.
What to Expect & fees
Initial Consultation – £35 (40 mins) Via Zoom
We’ll explore your goals, discuss how the brain works, and I’ll share a relaxation audio for you to use at home. No hypnosis in this session - just clarity and a plan.
Ongoing Sessions – £65 (1 hour) In person or via Zoom
Each session includes positive conversation followed by guided hypnosis to help shift your mindset and reinforce your goals. You’ll leave feeling calm, focused, and empowered.
Block of 4 sessions – £240 (save £20)
Consistency helps. Booking in blocks keeps up the momentum.
Smoking Cessation – £150 (90 mins)
A one-off intensive session, including a take-home hypnosis recording.
